Duties and taxes are included
We ship Delivered Duty Paid. The price at checkout is the price you pay β nothing is collected on delivery.
Handling and dispatch
Orders are packed within 1β2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are processed from the next business day.
Carriers
We ship with FedEx and PostNord. You receive a tracking link when your parcel leaves our warehouse in MarbΓ€ck.
Delivery
Check your address carefully before ordering; we cannot be held responsible for an address entered incorrectly. If you cannot be there to receive the parcel, contact the carrier directly to arrange another date or address. Carriers cannot always hold food beyond the first delivery attempt.
Import restrictions
Some countries restrict food imports. Please check the rules where you live before ordering.
Return shipping
Where the right of withdrawal applies, return shipping is at your own cost and we refund the standard delivery cost only. Return shipping on a faulty, damaged or incorrect item is always at our cost.
